As a Sourcing trainee, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects have the right materials, at the right time, and at the right price. You will be responsible for processing orders and contracts for materials, equipment, and professional services. You will be involved in multiple projects across all business areas and countries. You will gain experience from several project types and learn how to apply sourcing strategies in the construction project business. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for several summer trainees studying engineering, economics, or a similar field. You should have studied or have an interest in a mix of technical and commercial topics. You should have good communication and teamwork skills. English is essential since it’s our working language, but depending on your responsibility area, Finnish or Swedish is also mandatory. Preferred locations are Vaasa, Peräseinäjoki, or Helsinki, but you can apply for any Nordec location.
