MARKETING MANAGER, DRIVING SCHOOL CHAIN BRANDS FINLAND / CAP-GROUP OY 

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, to manage the marketing of our leading driving school chains in Finland. 

CAP-Group is the biggest driver training company in Finland and in Germany. CAP-Group owns CAP-Autokoulu, Finland's biggest driving school chain, Antin Autokoulu chain, and Fahrschule Rettig, Germany's market leader driving school. Our goal is to improve traffic safety with high quality services, modern customer experience and digitalized learning innovations. We lead the way in modernising the whole industry. 

Would you be interested to join us as our new Marketing Manager to keep us ahead of the game? 

As a Marketing Manager, your main task would be improving our driving school brands, marketing processes, customer experience and products. You understand the non-linear nature of the customer inspiration path and develop effective ways to raise awareness, preference and customer conversion. You monitor the driving school market and help our local branches succeed in customer acquisition by providing them with marketing materials, guidelines and concepts.  

You budget, plan and implement domestic marketing activities together with our team of specialists under the guidance of the CMO and the CAP-Group management team. You work mainly with our Finnish driving school brands, but your skills are also needed to contribute to our business development in Germany. Coordinating occasional events and strategic marketing partnerships is part of the job. You keep internal stakeholders informed of plans, news and developments in marketing and report to the CMO. 

As an ideal candidate 

• You have a marketing degree or a suitable university degree, and more than five years of experience as a marketing manager in consumer marketing, service businesses or agencies. 
• You are proactive, results-oriented doer type and broadly qualified marketer who thrives in a fast-paced growth company, as part of a team of forthright specialists. 
• You have a proven track record of growing sales by executing brand strategies, digital focused omnichannel marketing and coming up with effective campaign concepts. 
• You have experience in budget responsibility and marketing investment planning. 
• You understand young people’s values and consumer behavior, which is essential in this position. Experience in working with youth-oriented brands and media is a plus. 
• Your Finnish is flawless, and you write fluent marketing texts. Your English is excellent. German and Swedish language skills are considered a big plus. 
• You set high standards for visual implementations and have a passion for raising the quality of brand execution. You have compelling examples of your previous work with visual marketing. 
• You have a good grasp on modern marketing software and digital platforms. 
• You’ve built a useful network in marketing and media. You are used to working with service providers and make considered purchase decisions. 
• You have a hands-on "can-do" operational approach towards daily teamwork, while also being able to collaborate and discuss with top management on a strategic level with insight and research data.
