Process Development Scientists

We are looking for Process Development Scientists in our MSAT team. MSAT stands for Manufacturing, Science and Technology. MSAT provides strong technical and organization leadership to effectively back up other departments in complex technical investigations, developing product control strategy and lifecycle management, designing quality into the manufacturing process and maintain quality through the product lifecycle.

Your primary responsibilities as a Process Development Scientist is to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for upstream or downstream manufacturing processes. This position is a great opportunity for someone with some industry experience to enter a Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) role focusing on Process Development and life cycle management of manufacturing processes.

As a Process Development Scientist, you will focus on the Process Science section in MSAT. Your tasks include also support in root cause investigations and evaluation process improvements. It is an advantage if you already have some experience of GMP-work, or you have knowledge of quality systems. Moreover, experience in cell culture techniques and virus or protein production (upstream) or experience in chromatographic purification or filtration techniques  (downstream) help you getting into job easier.

You produce clear, easily understandable and accurate documentation in English. You have good skills in analyzing data, both verbal and numeral. You are also seeking new information to solve challenges and make decisions based on the data.

You are able to innovate new ideas, approaches and views.

Your working style is precise and you achieve objectives set to you in a timely manner. You also want to develop yourself and are able to take feedback on areas of improvements.

In order to succeed, you would need a degree in the fields of pharmaceutical technology, biosciences, cell biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or any other related field of study.

As a person, we would like you to be open-minded towards new challenges and spread good team spirit. You also need to communicate fluently both in written and spoken English.
