Sales work at Adven equals to creating value for the customer and challenging oneself. Adven sells sustainable energy and water solutions as a service for industries and real estate. Our solutions are tailored to the customers’ needs and based on our in-depth understanding of customers’ processes. Working closely with the technical concept team, the solution sales team identifies hidden needs and opportunities, finds operational bottlenecks, and brings the right people together to develop advanced solutions for these needs together with the customer.

At Adven, it is possible to work with an entrepreneurial spirit without incurring the risks inherent in entrepreneurship. Our investment projects are significant in financial terms. Related sales processes are often long and a single sales project may take between 1-4 years. Success in sales is well reflected in the compensation levels of those bringing results.

We are constantly looking for individuals on mid-senior level to join our solution sales team, who are passionate and curious, and able to generate and close sales projects that create high value for our customers and are feasible for Adven. We welcome people who are customer focused, come with positive can-do attitude and are natural networkers and influencers. As we serve our clients mainly in Finland, fluency in both Finnish and English is required.
