Join us at our Helsinki hub as a Communication Specialist, where you'll engage as a partner across business, HR, and marketing domains. We're on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Communication Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring some minimum 2-3 years of experience in devising and executing communication strategies, coupled with stellar writing and presentation prowess. 

Your mission will include: 

- Elevating Nordec Group’s communications strategy, both internal and external 

- Crafting and disseminating project-centric news and updates 

- Generating and refining content across diverse communication platforms 

- Fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams 

- Fortifying our Employer brand in synergy with HR 

We seek: 

- Demonstrable expertise in a comparable role 

- A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline 

- Proficiency in Finnish and English, with Swedish being an asset 

- Exceptional writing and presentation acumen 

- Adeptness in both external and internal communications 

- Proficiency in social media engagement, particularly LinkedIn 

- Familiarity with SharePoint (MyNordec), WordPress, MS O365 and Salesforce 

- Outstanding organizational and project management skills 

- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented creative thinker
