HR Specialist

FinVector is looking for an HR Specialist to strengthen our Group HR team. The Group HR function supports Group companies’ strategy and business objectives by developing the organization and people processes, driving leadership and talent development, and by providing efficient HR services to the business.

In this role, you will support supervisors and personnel in various HR related matters and support the implementation of Group companies’ HR processes, tools and policies. In addition, you will support the development of the HR function to match corporate needs and take part in our HR projects according to our strategy.

You are able to contribute to the HR development and work on various projects based on interest/potential. You are resourceful and able to apply your expertise in HR activities. Moreover, you are proficient at planning, efficient in time management and take responsibility over tasks.

You have experience in ensuring employee data accuracy, preparing reports and analysing HR-related data. You enjoy regular process delivery with a sharp focus but also curiosity to develop HR for the future.

You act as a key user of our HR systems (Sympa HR and others) and provide user support and training. You have the ability to ensure accuracy in HR communications and have good knowledge of people processes and tools.

You have the ability to learn new skills, meet deadlines, solve problems effectively and handle multiple priorities. You are people-oriented and can support and arrange on-boarding and other training activities. You are happy to respond to queries and provide help and guidance in a timely and professional manner.

In order to succeed, you would need a degree in the field of business administration, human resources or any other related field of study, and minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role. You also need to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and have intercultural competence and awareness.
